7. Payment Terms
New customers must pay a $500 deposit by credit card that will be kept on file securely. All payments are due 30 days after invoice date. Any invoices not paid within 30 days will be subject to 48% interest per annum. All materials and equipment installed remain the property of Eric Cockburn Refrigeration Limited until invoices are paid in full. Service calls are subject to a dispatch fee based on your location, and our Techs are $100 per hour/per tech from the time they are dispatched. Any materials and equipment installed will be an extra charge. Rates are subject to change without notice at any time. Calls that our technicians are on site After hours 5pm-8am are subject to our after hours rate of $150/Hr with a 2 hour minimum. Invoices can be paid by Credit card, e-transfer to admin@cockburnrefrigeration.com. Direct deposit (info available on request) Cheques mailed to 103 Forest Plain Rd Oro-Medonte ON L3V 0R4.
